They say Antarctica’s climate prevents no permanent human habitation. Because of its cold temperatures, Antarctica ice covers 98% of its land, and also provides a safe haven for our most special animals such as whales and over 40 species of the bird family. And let’s not forget the delicate and alluring glaciers that make the continent a beloved, crucial place in our world.
