Daily Diet
- When to eat:
when the stomach is hungry
- What to eat:
vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, whole grains, seeds, vegetable
oils if possible organic
close to the way Mother Nature produced them - as least processed
as possible
limit white flour, canned, fried, salted, smoked foods, milk products
and animal proteins
- How to eat:
slowly, with awareness, chewing well, say prayer before the first
bite
- How much to eat:
Do not overeat! - share breakfast with a friend, eat lunch yourself,
give dinner away
