Cucumber Soup
INGREDIENTS
4 medium cucumbers cut up
1 heart of the celery stalk cut up
2 green onions cut up
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp tamari saurce
1/4 to 1/2 cup vegetable stock or pure water
3-4 Tbsp yogurt
dill for garnishing
Optional:
garlic clove, cumin powder, chilli powder, hot sauce, lemon juice to
taste
DIRECTIONS
In a blender or food processor blend until smooth
can be chilled first if you prefer
garnish with dill before serving
makes about 2 servings
